Job Position: Home Support Worker – De Gasperis Family
Location: Keele Street, Maple, Ontario
Salary: $20.00 per hour, (40 hours weekly).
Overtime pay at 1.5 times employee's regular rate of pay after 44 hours. May be required to work some weekends
Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Education: Secondary School plus CPR or First Aid
Responsibilities:
Skills Required: Personal hygiene and grooming. Assistance with getting dressed. Administer personal care. Plan, prepare and serve nutritious meals, Shop for food and household supplies. Accompany client for walks and to all activities, weather permitting. Make appointments and give reminders. Maintain the schedule and accompany to all appointments and activities. Provide care and companionship. Engage in conversations. Light Housekeeping, Good communication and decision-making skills and organization are essential. Must be flexible.
