• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $38.50/hour
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 4470 Main Street, Vancouver, BC V5V 3R3

Job Duties:

• Oversee daily restaurant and pub operations to deliver efficient service and maintain high operational standards
• Enforce franchise operating procedures and service guidelines across all shifts
• Analyze financial reports and operational budgets to implement cost-control strategies and maximize profitability
• Manage hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training for restaurant and kitchen staff
• Monitor, assess, and guide staff performance to foster a high-quality service culture and maintain productivity
• Manage procurement and inventory levels by negotiating with suppliers and controlling waste/variances
• Enforce strict compliance with BC provincial liquor laws, licensing regulations, and responsible beverage service standards
• Resolve escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally to secure brand loyalty and positive local reviews

Job requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the food service industry is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
