Work Experience: 3 Years to Less Than 5 Years
Job Duties:
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Prepare and cook special meals to comply with allergies
Supervise kitchen helpers and transfer skills
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
May set up and oversee buffets for banquets as required
Keep kitchen and work area clean at all times to follow safety standards
Follow pre determined size of food portions, estimate food requirements for orders and for daily prep cooking
May train kitchen staff

Job Requirements:

Ability to make orders as per specifications
Able to stand for long periods of time
Able to lift 50 Lbs repeatedly
Able to work as part of a team as individually
