Education:

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of signage industry related experience required
Languages:
Written and Spoken English is required.
Duties:
Coordinate the flow of materials, components, and information required for the production and installation of signage
Monitor project schedules and production timelines to ensure materials, fabrication activities, and installation requirements are completed according to client and project deadlines.
Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, fabricators, installers, designers, architects, and project managers to coordinate procurement, production, delivery, and installation activities.
Prepare, maintain, and update production schedules, work orders, shipping documentation, and project tracking reports.
Track inventory levels of production materials and supplies and coordinate purchasing activities to maintain adequate stock and support project requirements.
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation, freight arrangements, delivery scheduling, and site-specific receiving requirements.
Review project specifications, drawings, and production requirements to identify material needs, lead times, and scheduling constraints.
Monitor the progress of fabrication and installation activities and communicate schedule updates, delays, and production status to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Assist in resolving production, supply chain, and logistics issues by coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and project teams to minimize disruptions.
Maintain records related to procurement, inventory, shipments, production schedules, and project documentation.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve production coordination, inventory control, workflow efficiency, and delivery performance.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and workplace health and safety requirements related to production and logistics operations.
