Sales supervisor- retail -1 position
6535 METRAL DR NANAIMO BC V9T 2L9
Salary $25.00 per hour , 30 to 40 hrs per week , 6 to 8 hours per day, 5 days a week, flexible shift schedule, 2 days flexible shift.
Work shift schedule are expected to be shifts 6 hours up to 8 hours, depending on the business operation , these shifts continuously vary from morning, afternoon, evening, weekend with flexible hours
Job Description
Main Duties
Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff .
Assign sales agent /sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
Sell carpet and all kinds of flooring products like vinyl, hardwood floor, laminate and floor care products
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
May Pick up products to warehouse and deliver products to the clients or to the main store.
Employment Requirements
Completion of secondary school is usually required.
1 year less than 2 years supervisory experience in any occupation is required .
Previous retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk, cashier, telemarketer, is an asset .
Languages:
Must know how Speak English, Read English, Write English
