• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $18.00/hour
• Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 5402 Highway Street, Valleyview, AB T0H 3N0

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook a full range of complete meals and individual menu items to consistent standards
• Safely accommodate guest dietary requirements by modifying recipes and preparing dishes for customers with food allergies or sensitivities
• Inspect kitchen workstations and food handling areas regularly to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene guidelines
• Monitor daily stock levels to order necessary kitchen ingredients and essential operational supplies on time
• Keep detailed records of kitchen inventory, stock utilization, and equipment maintenance
• Maintain clean and organized food prep stations, cooking equipment, and general kitchen work environments
• Control portion sizes to maintain consistent food presentation and prevent unnecessary food waste

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
