Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Store Supervisor to lead our team and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, manage sales and customer service activities, and coordinate merchandising efforts.

ResponsibilitiesTasks

• Assign sales workers to duties
• Order merchandise
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
• Manage cash
