Leeson Engineering is seeking a F/T Architectural Manager.

Position Info:

• Position: Architectural Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $50.00-$52.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 1545 W 75th Ave, Vancouver, BC V6P 6Z7

Job Duties:

• Oversee daily operations and staff activities to maintain project efficiency and quality standards
• Direct recruitment, training and performance management of architectural staff
• Develop and monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure financial targets are met
• Negotiate and oversee contracts and project specifications with clients
• Guide construction activities to confirm adherence to approved building codes and specifications
• Evaluate project plans and design proposals, recommending modifications as needed
• Communicate architectural findings and recommendations to clients
• Formulate and enforce operational policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

• Language: English
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in architecture is required
• Experience: 3-5 years of architectural experience with significant supervisory oversight is required
