Leduc Car & Truck Wash located in Leduc, Alberta is hiring a reliable Car Wash Manager.

You will be responsible for the following:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the car wash facility to ensure efficient workflow and service quality.

Develop and maintain workplace procedures and customer service practices.

Monitor operating expenses, inventory levels and supply orders.

Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of service-related issues.

Coordinate local promotional campaigns and assist with business development initiatives.

Hire, train, supervise and evaluate staff.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures and quality standards.

You need to meet the following qualifications:

Completion of Secondary school is required.

2–3 years of experience in the car wash or related service industry is required.

English is required,

Your hourly wage will be $37.50. 4% vacation pay is provided.

This is a full-time, permanent position.
