Terms of Employment: Permanent, full-time position with a probationary period. Shifts may include weekends, holidays, and early mornings or afternoons based on resort occupancy.

Wage: $19/hour
Hours per week: 32

Job Duties:
🧹 Clean guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and other common areas to a high resort standard.
🛏️ Replace linens, make beds, and restock guestroom supplies as assigned.
🧴 Dust, wipe, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and touchpoints.
🚮 Collect waste and recycling and maintain cleanliness in service areas and carts.
🔍 Inspect rooms and public spaces for cleanliness, damage, and missing items, and report concerns promptly.
🔧 Use cleaning tools and products safely and follow proper handling and dilution procedures.
🚦 Follow workplace health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
🤝 Work cooperatively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to support smooth daily operations.
💪Other duties that apply as required
Job Requirements:
⏳ Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel, resort, or similar environment is an asset.
💪 Able to stand, bend, lift, and carry cleaning supplies and linens throughout a shift.
👀 Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent cleanliness standards.
🤝 Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
🧴 Comfortable using standard cleaning products, equipment, and safe work practices.
🗣️ Good communication skills and a professional, guest-focused attitude.
🎓 Minimum completion of secondary school or equivalent is preferred.
