Wages: $28.50 CAD per hour

Duration of Job: Full time, Permanent

Main duties

· Prepare, format, edit correspondence, invoices, reports, promotional materials, and other business documents

· Manage incoming mail, email, messages, inquires and coordinate information flow within the team and with external vendors and partners

· Schedule, confirm, and manage vendors and partner meetings and handle employer calendar efficiently

· Order office, store and retail supplies; maintain inventory and ensure adequate stock levels

· Answer telephone and online inquiries; relay messages promptly and professionally

· Maintain organized manual and computerized filing systems for vendor and partners records, invoices, and business documents

· Develop, implement, and maintain efficient procedures to support daily store operations

· Greet customers and visitors, determine the nature of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate staff member

· Record and prepare minutes for meetings as required

· Arrange travel schedules and make reservations for training sessions, industry events, or business meetings

· Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business planning and marketing initiatives

· Assist in organizing promotional events, meetings, and execute marketing strategies

· Process payments, tracked outstanding balances, and follow up on invoices

· Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting

· Assist with payroll records, employee scheduling records, and preparation of business reports.

Employment requirements

· Completion of secondary school is required.

· Completion of one year post-secondary education or equivalent previous clerical experience is required
