Position Summary

We are seeking full-time Supervisors who are available to work mornings and evenings to join our team. A minimum of 1-year supervisor or 3-year restaurant experience is required.

The restaurant Supervisor supports management in overseeing daily operations, leading team members, and ensuring excellent guest service. In this role, it will require an individual with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Start Date: Immediately
• Terms of Employment: Full-Time Year Round
• Wage: $18.50
• Hours (each week): 32 to 48
• Language Required: English

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during shifts
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Monitor food quality and control
• Train and coach new team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Handle cash and reports
• Maintain a positive and productive team environment
• Estimate the quantity and prepare food for service
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Supervise and check truck orders when receiving

Qualifications

• Supervisor experience (1+ year) or restaurant experience (3+ years) required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly/daily
• Excellent math skills
