Job Duties:
Prepare food and feed animals at scheduled intervals
Clean and disinfect cages, pens and surrounding areas
Shampoo, clip and groom animals
Assist veterinarians and animal health technologists and technicians to inoculate and treat animals
Monitor and document animal behaviour
Will do laundry for blankets, towels, and the like.
Assist in cleaning and sterilizing instruments.
Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies.
Job Requirements:
Strong oral and written communication skills .
Multi tasking ability is essential.
Must be able to lift 40 lbs
Not allergic and afraid to animals
