- Wage: $37.00-$38.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:
- Lead daily shifts to ensure fast service and drink consistency
- Monitor daily sales and staff hours to stay on budget
- Train staff how to use equipment and follow shop recipes
- Purchase all beans, milk, and food to maintain stock levels
- Clean and organize the shop to meet health code standards
- Inspect espresso machines and grinders to keep them running smoothly
- Handle customer complaints and feedback to ensure repeat visits
- Update menus and signage for new drinks or promotions
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in food preparation or service, including supervisory experience, is required
