Position Info:
- Position: Retail Sales Supervisor
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $36.00-$37.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 1
- Work Location: 229 Spadina Avenue, Toronto, ON M5T 2E2

Job Duties:
- Schedule shifts and assign daily floor duties to sales staff
- Order merchandise and track souvenir inventory levels
- Organize stockrooms and set up visual merchandise displays
- Resolve customer complaints, authorize returns, and handle supply shortages
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate gift shop employees
- Sell merchandise directly to customers and operate POS systems
- Prepare reports on daily sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel
- Oversee payroll administration and employee timekeeping
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Experience: 3-5 years of retail experience, including supervisory experience, is required
