Hours: Full-time 40 hrs / week, Monday – Friday
We are looking for one Parent's Helper to assist in the care of two children in the household. We are seeking someone who is outgoing, energetic and caring. The main tasks are: assuming full responsibility for the household in the absence of the parents; providing emotional support and care for the children in the absence of the parents; planning, preparing and serving dishes for the children; while the children are in school you will be preparing meals and maintaining the cleanliness of their environment through light housekeeping; laundering clothing and bed linens; traveling with the family on trips and assisting with child supervision and housekeeping duties; disciplining children according to the methods requested by the parents; instructing the children in personal hygiene and social development; shop for food and household supplies. Flexible hours are an asset and on-call work may be needed.
