WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Perform advanced site measurements and templating for custom frameless shower systems and architectural glass installations
- Install frameless showers, glass partitions, doors, mirrors, railings, and related hardware
- Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate installations
- Ensure proper alignment, leveling, sealing, and anchoring of all glass systems
- Lead and coordinate the daily work of assigned helper(s) on-site
- Provide hands-on training and guidance to helpers on installation techniques and safe material handling
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and complete on-site adjustments as needed
- Communicate with project managers and clients regarding timelines, site readiness, and issue resolution
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations prior to sign-off
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized job site
- Other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 3–5 years of experience in the glazing industry, with lead/crew supervision experience required
- Strong experience installing custom shower systems and architectural glass products
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and work orders
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and support team members on-site
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot installation challenges in real time
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Comfortable working at heights and across various job site environments
- High attention to detail with a focus on precision and quality workmanship
- Strong communication skills with both team members and customers
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience with glass partitions, railings, mirrors, and storefront systems considered an asset
- Working at Heights or lift certifications considered an asset (training can be provided)
