We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team at 1522651 B.C. Ltd.   (Asian Kitchen, Qualify Foods Parksville)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
Inspect kitchens and food service areas
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Order supplies and equipment
Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Clean kitchen and work areas
Organize and manage buffets and banquets
Manage kitchen operations

Education required:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience & skills:

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and customer service skills
Or experience working in a commercial kitchen or food production is preferred
Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
