- Position: Sales Supervisor

- Wage: $26.00– $27.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:
- Regulate stock levels through strategic purchasing and product returns
- Designate daily assignments and floor duties to sales staff to optimize productivity
- Recruit and onboard new employees
- Oversee ongoing professional development
- Formulate weekly staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods
- Generate comprehensive reports tracking revenue trends, inventory, and team performance
- Address operational hurdles, including supply chain gaps and client concerns
- Administer payroll processing and formal performance reviews
Job Requirements:
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience is required
- Language: English
