• Position: Food Service Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $21.00 – $22.00/hour
• Working Hours: 30 – 40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 101 – 4501 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC V5H 4V8

Job Duties:

• Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the tea preparation staff
• Establish and manage employee work schedules to ensure full coverage
• Forecast and order necessary tea leaves, ingredients, and shop supplies
• Ensure all beverages and guest services consistently meet high quality standards
• Maintain accurate logs of inventory levels, sales data, and product waste
• Train new team members on specialized tea brewing techniques and safety protocols
• Address and resolve customer concerns or feedback professionally

Job requirements:

• Experience: 1 – 2 years of experience in food preparation or serivce are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
