Skills Requirements:

Education: Completion of secondary/high school graduation certificate

Work experience: 1 month to less than 7 months of experience as a Cashier or Retail Store Supervisor is required

Job Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers and gas station attendants to ensure efficient and effective customer service
• Assign duties to gas station attendants and cashiers and prepare work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and seamless coverage during business hours
• Address and resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages related to Gas Station services, Convenience Store products, and other business activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Authorize payments and manage returns of merchandise to maintain customer satisfaction
• Monitor inventory levels of gas, diesel, propane, firewood, snacks, beverages, pre-packed foods and other merchandise like automotive supplies, lottery tickets, and order necessary supplies to keep the store well-stocked and meet customer demands.
• Prepare and maintain reports on sales volumes, merchandising perfomance, and personnel matters to support store management in making informed decisions.
• Hire, train, or arrange training for new staff, and monitor their performance to ensure high service standards
• Maintain the visual standards of the store, including product displays, signage, and cleanliness, ensuring an appealing shopping environment for customers across all business activities.
• Perform cashier duties when required to support the team and maintain consistent service.
• Perform key-holding and managerial duties as needed, including opening and closing the store, handling escalated complaints, developing marketing strategies for various products and services, and overseeing deliveries related to business operations.
