KF RESTAURANTS LTD. DBA KFC Restaurant is looking for full-time and permanent 1 Food Service Supervisor at Richmond, BC (Even though this is a full-time position we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is $22.00/hr and 40 hours/week.

Job Description:

  • Develop processes to keep operations on schedule
  • Order food products and kitchen supplies
  • Supervise and coordinate staff preparing and portioning meals
  • Train employees on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety standards
  •  Calculate ingredients and supply needs for meal production
  • Recruit and hire food service personnel
  • Monitor food quality and service performance
  • Prepare budgets and cost projections
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints
  • Maintain records of inventory, maintenance, sales, and waste
  • Create and manage employee schedules
