Dozo House is looking for a F/T Restaurant Manager.

Position Info:

• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $37.00-$38.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 200–1970 Kane Road, Kelowna, BC V1V 2E5

Job Duties:

• Organize daily operations to ensure the front and back of house run efficiently
• Establish operational procedures and service types to standardize daily workflows
• Lead and train the team to meet service standards and improve performance
• Manage inventory levels and negotiate pricing with suppliers for food and equipment
• Schedule employee shifts to ensure proper floor coverage and manage labor costs
• Analyze budget to identify cost-savings and maintain restaurant profitability
• Implement marketing strategies and resolve guest complaints to ensure high satisfaction
• Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling laws
• Recruit and hire qualified staff to maintain a full and capable team

Job requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of commercial cooking experience, as well as supervisory experience are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
