Tung & Sidhu Ltd. DBA Pizza Hut is looking for full-time and permanent 1 Restaurant Assistant Manager at Sidney, British Columbia, Canada, V8L 4W6. (Even though this is a full-time position we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is $37.00/hr and 35 hours/week.

Job Description:

  • Review budgets to increase and sustain restaurant profitability.
  • Create budgets to track food, ingredient, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supply costs.
  • Assess daily restaurant operations for efficiency and cost control.
  • Adjust food preparation methods and menu pricing based on budget targets.
  • Plan and coordinate daily operational activities.
  • Prepare and manage employee work schedules.
  • Oversee staff performance and daily duties.
  • Train new and existing staff on procedures and standards.
  • Handle cash balancing and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related records.
  • Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Respond to customer complaints and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Deliver consistent, high quality customer service.
  • Direct, monitor, and evaluate all aspects of daily operations.
