Position Info:

• Position: Marketing Project Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $37.00-$38.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 1631 Dickson Ave Landmark, Suite 1100, Kelowna, BC V1Y 0B5

Job Duties:

• Execute and evaluate integrated communication strategies to ensure brand consistency
• Direct the production of all written materials and the development of a comprehensive marketing portfolio
• Optimize digital ecosystems by managing e-commerce platforms and website promotions
• Promote corporate events and community initiatives to achieve information or engagement goals
• Architect comprehensive business plans and development projects that align with long-term marketing and growth strategies
• Synthesize quantitative and qualitative market research to identify consumer trends and drive data-informed decision-making
• Lead the recruitment, hiring, and professional development of staff
• Facilitate post-sale client support and prepare strategic funding applications

Job Requirements:

• Language: English
• Education: A university degree or college diploma in business marketing, communications, or related discipline is required
• Experience: 3-5 years of related experience is required
