Position Info:

• Position: Home Child Care Provider
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $20.00/hour
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 4505 Clinton St., Burnaby, BC V5J 2K6

Job Duties:

• Provide daily care, including bathing, dressing, and hygienic diapering
• Support toilet training progress by following established parental techniques and routines
• Prepare age-appropriate meals and formulas while ensuring all feeding equipment is sterilized
• Manage consistent rest periods and nap schedules to support the child’s routine
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and hazard-free environment throughout the home
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to keep common areas organized
• Nurture the child’s emotional well-being through attentive and supportive interaction
• Track and record daily activities, health information, and behavioral milestones

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Experience: 1-2 years of related experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
