Aquamax Plumbing + Gas Services is seeking a F/T Plumber.

Position Info:

• Position: Plumber
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $37.00~$38.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 315 Seafield Rd, Victoria, BC V9C 0R1

Job Duties:

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing fixtures in residential and commercial settings
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan the layout of water supply, drainage, and plumbing systems
• Locate and prepare installation points for pipes, fittings, fixtures, and appliances, ensuring precise alignment through walls, floors, and service areas
• Create openings in walls and floors to allow installation of pipes and related components
• Reconfigure and alter piping materials using manual and powered tools or specialized machinery
• Connect and secure pipes using appropriate methods such as soldering, welding, cementing, or fastening with clamps and couplings
• Conduct pressure tests with air or water to detect leaks and verify system integrity

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the plumbing trade is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
