Description
A busy professional family in Longueuil is looking for a caregiver for three children who can also provide housekeeping and other domestic support. This is a permanent, full-time position of 30 hours per week. The hours are Monday through Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., and Sunday from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The salary is $34.63/hour. The caregiver will have days off per week, usually Saturday and Sunday; however, this may vary depending on the employer’s shifts, so flexibility is essential. There is an option to stay with the employer at no additional cost, and the caregiver may be required to care for the children and manage the household in the parents’ absence. French or English is required.
*Educational level required:
General High school diploma – Completed
*Experience related to employment:
1-2 Years of experience with children or equivalent experience, either through work or studies as a teacher, nurse, midwife, or psychologist is required.
*Other conditions:
Punctuality, reliability, judgment, sense of responsibility, good interpersonal skills, organizational skills, experience with children.
