Responsibilities
Tasks
• Provide leadership and guidance to the restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and support personnel.
• Oversee and coordinate daily activities to ensure efficient and smooth restaurant operations.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining a favourable dining experience.
• Monitoring food and beverage quality, presentation, and adherence to Boston pizza’s standards.
• Interact with customers to gather feedback and make improvements accordingly.
• Inspect food products and kitchen areas to ensure proper storage, sanitation and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
• Prepare budget and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to plan and update the menu.
• Follow all safety regulations regarding food preparation, storage, handling and serving.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the restaurant.
• Monitor expenses, analyze financial reports and implement cost control measures.
• Encouraging staff to promote menu items and promotions and enhance overall guest experience.
