Paladin Security Group Ltd.in Burnaby is looking for Full-time positions for one Security Guard Supervisor to assist in running our growing firm and could join immediately.

Location: 3001 Wayburne Drive Suite 201, Burnaby, BC, V5G 4W3

Positions Available: 1 (One)

Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible.

Compensation: $30.04 per hour

Work hours: 30 hours/week.

Terms: Permanent Full-Time

Language of Work: English

Job duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities with security guards.
• Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports. 
• Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. 
• Requisition supplies and materials 
• Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work. 
• Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. 
• Perform the same duties as security guards supervised. 
• Coordinate and review the schedules and reports of security guards.

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
