GENERAL BUILDING MAINTENANCE WORKERS AND BUILDING SUPERINTENDENTS (ONTARIO – M6P 4A9)

We are currently seeking for two (CNP 73201) General building maintenance workers and building superintendents to join Creccal Investissement, located at 2340 Dundas Street West Suite G-33, Toronto, Ontario, M6P 4A9. 

*Job Description: 

As a Building Maintenance team member, you are a key member of our team responsible for general maintenance and repair of the residential and commercial complex. You are required to have knowledge in performing a variety of repairs including carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting tasks. Repairs of mechanical malfunctions to appropriate party for action. Must have working knowledge of health and safety regulations and will be responsible for activates conducting quarterly fire drills. 

* Job Tasks: 

* Electrical – Ballast Lights 

* Plumbing – Snake clogged lines & drains, 

* Drywall 

* Carpentry – Doors, Windows & Frames, Kitchen Cabinets 

* Changing of locks 

* Repetitive tasks in fast paced environment 

* Other duties assigned 

This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week with an hourly wage of $20. 

*The working hours are as follows: 

From Monday to Friday from:  8:00am to 12:00pm and from 01:00 pm to 5:00pm 

Please note that the days off are typically on Saturday and Sunday, although they may vary depending on the needs of the business. Therefore, flexibility is essential for this role.  

French or English is required.
