Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Develop financial strategies to achieve the office's short-term and long-term goals.

• Create budgets, financial plans, and forecasts to keep the office financially stable.

• Track and manage expenses for services like consultations, visa applications, and other office activities.

• Ensure spending stays within budget and explore ways to reduce costs.

• Prepare and share monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports with senior management.

• Oversee fee collection for services and ensure accurate records.

• Manage cash flow to keep daily operations running smoothly and pay vendors and employees on time.

• Handle payroll processing while following tax laws and employment regulations.

• Identify financial risks and develop strategies to reduce them.

• Maintain and manage insurance policies and handle claims as needed.

• Lead the finance team by assigning tasks, offering training, and providing ongoing support.

• Improve financial policies and processes for better efficiency and accuracy.

• Work closely with immigration consultants, lawyers, and other team members to meet financial needs effectively.
